0:00Part of being able to recognize God's presence in our life is learning to be humble.

0:08Humility allows us to hear God speak to us and guide our path.

0:14Humility allows us to see reality and to see truth.

0:21Remind yourself of that as you meditate today.

0:27Let's begin by loosening the shoulders and the chest.

0:35And when you feel ready, just allow the eyes to slowly close.

0:46Take a moment to consider this verse, "You created my inmost being.

0:55You knit me together in my mother's womb." And again, "You created my inmost being.

1:14You knit me together in my mother's womb." With ease, bring your attention to the breath.

1:46Take a few nice, deep breaths.

1:54Make them feel easy and effortless.

2:12Feel life enter your body as you breathe in, and then release your tension as you breathe out.

2:37Inhale.

2:40Feel how the body expands.

2:44Then, slowly exhale, feeling the body fall.

3:03Feel the air as it travels in through the nose, and follow the air back out through the mouth.

3:21Allow each breath to soften the chest and relax the shoulders.

3:31Begin to scan the body from the head to the toe, relaxing the body piece by piece.

3:48There's no way to do this wrong.

3:59And now, for a few moments, allow your mind to do what it wants to do.

4:11If it wants to think, then let it think.

4:17And if it wants to rest, then let it rest.

4:38Bring your attention to any tightness in the body, just noticing how the body feels.

5:12Start by relaxing the hands, letting go of any tension in the hands.

5:36Allow the arms to totally relax, letting go at the elbows and the wrists.

5:56Let the shoulders fall away from the ears.

6:15Let the legs become heavy.

6:29Allow the muscles to completely let go.

6:45Let your body totally relax and release.

7:03And now, if it feels comfortable, take a big deep breath, letting the air fill up the body.

7:21Notice how the breath changes the way the body feels.

7:38And now, for a moment or two, let go of any focus, and just allow yourself to be.

8:04Take this verse with you, "You created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb." Slowly bring your awareness back to the body, and when you feel

8:34ready, allow your eyes to open.

8:40Take a moment to notice how your body feels.

8:47I hope you feel a little better.

8:51We'll see you again tomorrow, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.

8:57Remember, be easy with yourself.
