0:00"It's all good." This is a phrase that you hear a lot today.
0:09This idea pretty much sums up how God works in your life.
0:18By trusting and letting go, you're allowing God's will to guide you through all of the ups and downs of life.
0:31Today as you meditate, rest in the knowledge that God can bring good out of every situation.
0:45When you feel ready, go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.
1:00And when you're ready, let your eyes slowly close.
1:10Take a moment to consider this verse, "Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things." Again, "Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all
1:50things, endures all things." Now bring your attention to the position of the body.
2:16Make sure you can breathe in an open and natural way.
2:30Allow the chest to open and take a few nice deep breaths.
2:42Let the breath fill the body up with life.
2:56With each breath, you're bringing your awareness into this moment.
3:10Relax and allow God to speak to you in the way that He wants.
3:26Let your thoughts go and allow your awareness to rest in this moment.
3:46If your thoughts wander off, that's okay.
3:52It's natural for the thoughts to drift.
4:06As best you can, leave those thoughts right where they are and come back to that feeling of your body.
4:25Our feelings and emotions can distract us from the natural calm of God's love.
4:38There isn't anything to discover.
4:42It's always been there.
4:51This is a safe place.
4:55God loves you.
5:10Gradually, and with ease, bring your awareness to rest on your breath.
5:26Feel the body rise with each inhale, and then allow your awareness to rest in a little more with each exhale.
5:58Notice how with each breath the body feels a little calmer.
6:16Begin to notice the space around the body.
6:31Feel the contact of the body on the chair, and your feet on the floor.
6:47When you feel comfortable, begin to scan the entire body to build up a picture of what the body feels like.
7:02Piece by piece, release any areas of tension.
7:15Let go of your stress.
7:18Let go of your anxiety.
7:23You are exactly where you're meant to be.
7:37Allow that natural rhythm of the breath to relax you.
7:58Let your breath guide you to a place of safety in the presence of God.
8:18You are accepted here.
8:22You are loved.
8:38Take this verse with you, "Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things." Gently bring your awareness back to the feeling of the body.
9:18Notice the weight of the body on the chair.
9:22And when you feel ready, allow your eyes to open and take a nice deep breath.
9:32Notice how your breath changes the way you feel.
9:37I hope you feel a little more in touch with God.
9:43We'll see you again next time, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
