0:00It's natural to look for healing outside of yourself.

0:08Maybe it's through the love of others, or maybe it's through physical things.

0:18When you dwell in the presence of God, healing will occur.

0:26Accept yourself as you are, and see yourself as God sees you.

0:36When you do, you will find freedom and healing.

0:46Okay, let's get started by allowing the body to relax.

0:56And when you're ready, let your eyes close like the sun sets.

1:06Now take a moment to consider this verse: "I sought the Lord, and He answered me.

1:18He delivered me from my fears." And again, "I sought the Lord, and He answered me.

1:36He delivered me from my fears." Now, bring your attention to any emotions you're carrying with you.

2:03Not engaging with the emotions, just noticing them with an easy curiosity.

2:27Now take a few deep breaths and allow the body to relax a little more with each exhale.

2:49With each passing thought, allow your awareness to rest deeper into God's love.

3:08Now, begin to deepen the breath.

3:19Inhale slowly and lengthen the breath, and then exhale, letting go of the breath.

3:37And then right back into the next inhale.

3:45Slow it down and make it deep.

3:55And then exhale.

3:58Let the body relax.

4:15Now, allow your breath to settle and let your mind settle with it.

4:34Give yourself space just to be who you are, a child of God.

4:58Keeping your eyes closed, bring your awareness to the space around the room.

5:19Just noticing the sounds in the room and the sensations on the body.

5:36Welcome these sensations as part of the practice.

5:58When it feels comfortable, take some nice deep breaths.

6:11Real easy, deep breaths.

6:35Now begin to slow down the inhale.

6:42Long, slow, deep inhalation, and then let the breath out, and relax.

6:57Again, take another long, slow, deep breath in, filling up the body, and then let the exhale come naturally.

7:19With each breath, let your mind relax.

7:37Allow your feelings to release and become a prayer to God.

7:52Now, for a few moments, let go of the focused attention and let your awareness rest.

8:05You are loved.

8:21Take this verse with you, "I sought the Lord, and He answered me.

8:30He delivered me from my fears." Softly, begin to bring your awareness back to the body, back to that feeling of weight in the body.

8:57And when you're ready, slowly open your eyes and take a big, deep breath in.

9:06Take a moment to check in and notice how you feel.

9:12I hope you feel a little more present.

9:16We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.

9:21Take care.
