0:00Meditation can be done doing anything.

0:07You can meditate while walking or while washing the dishes.

0:14Not only is this true, but you can notice God's presence and design in everything.

0:25By bringing your full attention to a thing, and finding its beauty, you're seeing God's fingerprint on that thing.

0:38As you go through your day, notice God's beauty in everything you see and do.

0:51Let's start by taking a few nice, deep breaths.

1:01As your breath begins to relax your body, allow your eyes to close, like the sun sets.

1:14Now take a moment to consider this verse: "The heavens declare the glory of God.

1:25The skies proclaim the work of His hands." And again, "The heavens declare the glory of God.

1:43The skies proclaim the work of His hands." With an easy awareness, bring your attention to the space in the room.

2:14Just noticing the space with an easy curiosity.

2:26Notice your place in the room.

2:35Feel the weight of your body in the chair.

2:46Feel the air on your skin.

2:54Listen to the sounds in the room.

3:01Maybe it's quiet in the room, maybe it's not.

3:06Both are okay.

3:19You're just listening, and welcoming the sounds as part of the exercise.

3:32Not wishing to change the sounds, just accepting the sounds as they are.

3:50When it feels natural, slowly bring your awareness to the breath.

4:05Allow your breath to be a reminder to stay in this present moment.

4:20If your mind begins to wander, you can always come back to the feeling of the breath.

4:41Relax, and let your body honor the natural calm that only comes from the presence of a loving God.

5:04Now, gently bring your awareness to the breath.

5:12Allow your breath to deepen and fill the lungs.

5:29Big, deep breath in, and then taking twice as long on the exhale.

5:45Let the inhale come easily and effortlessly.

5:53And then exhale, controlling the breath.

6:06Allow yourself to be here in this moment.

6:16This is all that matters right now.

6:25Whatever you need to let go of, let it go.

6:33Release it to God.

6:47Today is a new day, with new opportunities.

7:03Allow your breath to renew your spirit and connect you to your Creator, who loves you.

7:23Deep breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

7:41Remember, this is a place of love.

7:47Let this practice be whatever you need it to be.

7:53God's calming presence is always accessible to you.

8:10Let your awareness rest in the loving presence of God.

8:30Take this verse with you, "The heavens declare the glory of God.

8:39The skies proclaim the work of His hands." Allow your awareness to slowly come back to your body, and when it feels natural, begin to open your eyes.

9:11Sit back in your chair.

9:13Maybe you want to stretch a little bit.

9:17Do whatever feels good.

9:20Take a moment to notice how you feel.

9:25I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:29We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.
