0:00Time is one of the things in life that you can never replace.

0:06Time can only be spent, it can never be saved.

0:15Meditation with God is time well-spent because you're resting into the moment.

0:24You're resting into God's arms.

0:32It's a process that allows you to naturally sort out your thoughts and emotions.

0:43In today's meditation, allow yourself to rest and simply be with God.

0:58Okay, let's go ahead and get started by taking a moment to notice your breath.

1:09Just the rise and the fall of the chest.

1:18And when you're ready, let your eyes close like the sun sets.

1:29Now take a moment to consider this verse, "I am leaving you with a gift, peace of mind and heart, and the peace I give is a gift the world

1:45cannot give." Again, "I am leaving you with a gift, peace of mind and heart, and the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give." Now, consciously begin

2:24to relax your muscles.

2:33Feel the weight of gravity on your body as the chair holds you up.

2:52Begin to notice how the body feels.

3:07Just scanning the body from the head down to the toes.

3:21Consciously relaxing any areas of tightness or tension.

3:35Take a few big, deep breaths in.

3:45Notice how the breath changes the body.

3:56Just relaxing and releasing, allowing your body to totally let go.

4:14If the thoughts take you away, that's okay.

4:20Thoughts are a normal part of meditation.

4:25You aren't holding onto the thoughts or the feelings, you're just allowing them to bubble up and out.

4:40You're releasing those thoughts to God.

4:55Now, for a moment or two, allow your awareness to rest deeper into God's love.

5:21Bring your attention to the feeling of the breath.

5:36Let it settle into a natural rhythm, effortless and easy.

5:57Notice how good it feels just to breathe.

6:13With each inhale, let your body fill up with new life.

6:23With each exhale, release, and let your body relax.

6:50Now, gently bring your attention to your emotions.

7:05Just noticing the feelings that you brought with you today.

7:25Not engaging with the emotions, just noticing them as an observer.

7:48Remember that you can leave those feelings right where they are.

8:01Just allow those thoughts to bubble up and out.

8:25Remember, today is a new day with new opportunities.

8:34God is working in your life.

8:50Take this verse with you: "I am leaving you with a gift: peace of mind and heart.

9:01And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give." When it feels natural, bring your awareness back to the room.

9:26Just noticing the room with a gentle appreciation.

9:33And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly open.

9:39Take a moment to notice how you feel.

9:43I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:46We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.
