0:01Rejection in life can feel isolating.

0:06It may even be affecting your sense of worth.

0:12When you feel like this, it's important to remember that no one understands rejection better than God.

0:22Jesus was rejected and betrayed by the people he loved the most.

0:31If you're in the middle of feeling rejected, know that you are never rejected by God.

0:40He loves you endlessly.

0:47Let's start by taking a few nice, deep breaths.

0:56As your breath begins to relax your body, allow your eyes to close like the sun sets.

1:09Take a moment to consider this verse, "I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love." And again, "I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us

1:36from God's love." Now, bring your awareness to the space around the body.

2:01Not really examining it, just noticing the space with an easy curiosity.

2:21Notice any sensations on the skin.

2:29Feel the clothes on the skin.

2:39Feel the temperature of the room.

2:47Listen to the sounds in the room.

2:56Just a nice, easy focus on the sounds in the room.

3:17Listen to the gentle sound of your breathing.

3:25Notice the rise and fall of the chest.

3:42Maybe the breath is shallow, or maybe it's deep.

3:49Both are okay.

3:53Just follow the breath as it moves through your body.

4:09Let the rhythm of your breath relax your mind.

4:27This is a safe place.

4:32God is watching over you.

4:49Now, bring your attention to any emotions you're carrying with you.

5:06Not engaging with the emotions, just noticing them with an easy curiosity.

5:35Now, take a few deep breaths and allow the body to relax a little more with each exhale.

6:02With each passing thought, allow your awareness to rest deeper into God's love.

6:22Now, begin to deepen the breath.

6:40Inhale slowly and lengthen the breath, and then exhale, letting go of the breath.

7:00And then right back into the next inhale.

7:08Slow it down and make it deep.

7:21And then exhale.

7:24Let the body relax.

7:39Now, allow your breath to settle and let your mind settle with it.

7:57Give yourself space just to be who you are, a child of God.

8:19Take this verse with you: "I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love." When it feels easy, bring your attention back to the feeling of the

8:48breath.

8:50Take a few more deep breaths and slowly allow your eyes to open.

8:59Notice how the breath changes the way you feel.

9:04I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:08We'll see you again tomorrow.

9:11Take care of yourself.
