0:00Making meditation and prayer a regular part of your daily routine is important, but mindfulness can be brought into all areas of your life.

0:17Try an attitude of curiosity and gratitude for whatever you're doing in this moment.

0:31Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:43And when you feel ready, let your eyes slowly close.

0:54Now, take a moment to consider this verse: "We can't round up enough containers to hold everything God generously pours into our lives." Again, "We can't round up enough containers

1:24to hold everything God generously pours into our lives." Now, bring your attention to the position of the body.

1:48Make sure you can breathe in an open and natural way.

2:02Allow the chest to open and take a few nice deep breaths.

2:14Let the breath fill the body up with life.

2:28With each breath, you're bringing your awareness into this moment.

2:42Relax and allow God to speak to you in the way that He wants.

2:57Let your thoughts go, and allow your awareness to rest in this moment.

3:17If your thoughts wander off, that's okay.

3:24It's natural for the thoughts to drift.

3:38As best you can, leave those thoughts right where they are, and come back to that feeling of your body.

3:57Our feelings and emotions can distract us from the natural calm of God's love.

4:10There isn't anything to discover.

4:14It's always been there.

4:23This is a safe place.

4:27God loves you.

4:42Gradually, and with ease, bring your awareness to rest on your breath.

4:58Feel the body rise with each inhale, and then allow your awareness to rest in a little more with each exhale.

5:30Notice how with each breath, the body feels a little calmer.

5:48Begin to notice the space around the body.

6:03Feel the contact of the body on the chair, and your feet on the floor.

6:19When you feel comfortable, begin to scan the entire body to build up a picture of what the body feels like.

6:34Piece by piece, release any areas of tension.

6:47Let go of your stress, let go of your anxiety.

6:56You are exactly where you're meant to be.

7:09Allow that natural rhythm of the breath to relax you.

7:30Let your breath guide you to a place of safety in the presence of God.

7:50You are accepted here.

7:54You are loved.

8:10Take this verse with you: "We can't round up enough containers to hold everything God generously pours into our lives." Gently bring your awareness back to the feeling of the

8:39body.

8:40Notice the weight of the body on the chair, and when you feel ready, allow your eyes to open and take a nice deep breath.

8:54Notice how your breath changes the way you feel.

8:59I hope you feel a little more in touch with God.

9:05We'll see you again next time, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
