0:00We don't have to know the answers to all of our questions to find meaning and fulfillment.

0:08We only have to trust that there is an answer.

0:12We trust that God knows what we do not, and that He has our best interest at heart.

0:21We just simply trust that God's loving hand is at work in our life.

0:28Let that sit with you as you go about your day.

0:35Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:47And when you feel ready, let your eyes slowly close.

0:58Now, take a moment to consider this verse: "I am with you, and I will protect you everywhere you go." Again, "I am with you, and I will protect you

1:26everywhere you go." Bring your attention to any emotions you're carrying with you.

1:56Not engaging with your feelings, just noticing them.

2:10Almost like you're observing your emotions, and then letting them go.

2:22Just like loosening your grip, you're letting go of those feelings.

2:41Let God handle whatever is out of your control.

2:54This is a place of acceptance and safety.

3:02You can always find rest in God.

3:14Now, begin to notice how your body feels.

3:24When it feels comfortable, begin to consciously relax the body.

3:38Scanning down from your head to your toes, release any areas of tension in the body.

3:58Surrender all of your stress, and all of your responsibilities, and just let your mind rest.

4:22You are safe.

4:25God is looking out for you.

4:42Now, bring your attention to your breath.

4:52Just a soft, easy awareness.

5:04Notice what it feels like as air passes in through the nose, and then back out through the mouth.

5:25Let the breath bring life to your body.

5:42Begin to listen to the sound of your breath.

5:53Listening to the inhale and the exhale.

6:10On the next exhale, allow the breath to relax and become natural.

6:40Allow your breath to bring renewal to your body.

6:50You're making space to notice God's presence in your life.

7:06When it feels comfortable, bring your attention to the heartbeat.

7:22Allow that rhythm and stillness to enter every part of your body.

7:45Feel the presence of God in this space.

7:54Let go of control, and rest into the arms of God.

8:12Take this verse with you, "I am with you, and I will protect you everywhere you go." Softly begin to bring your awareness back to the body, back to that

8:43feeling of weight in the body.

8:46And when you're ready, slowly open your eyes and take a big, deep breath in.

8:55Take a moment to check in and notice how you feel.

9:01I hope you feel a little more present.

9:05We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.

9:10Take care.
