0:00Remember that you are loved.

0:06No matter the opinion of the world, your life has eternal worth.

0:16Today, as you meditate, allow yourself to rest in the knowledge that you are loved by the one who created you.

0:34Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:46And when you feel ready, let your eyes slowly close.

0:57Now, take a moment to consider this verse: Love never gives up on people.

1:07It never stops trusting, never loses hope, and never quits.

1:22Again, love never gives up on people.

1:29It never stops trusting, never loses hope, and never quits.

1:48With a gradual ease, take a nice big breath.

1:58Be intentional with the breath, big, deep inhales, and nice, long exhales.

2:16Relax, and settle into your body.

2:24With each breath, allow the muscles to soften and let go.

2:40Feel that sense of gravity and weight in the body.

2:49You're just uncovering the natural calm that's always accessible through God.

3:07Now, with ease, bring your awareness to the sounds in the room.

3:20Just listening to the sounds with an easy curiosity.

3:29Not placing judgment on the sounds, just noticing the sounds, and accepting them as part of this practice.

3:53If the thoughts take you away, it's okay.

3:58When you notice the thoughts, gently bring your awareness back to the sounds.

4:16Just noticing and listening.

4:33Now, for a moment or two, let your awareness go where it wants to go.

4:52When you feel comfortable, bring your attention to the feeling of the body.

5:05Make sure you aren't holding any stress or anxiety in the body.

5:23Consciously, begin to scan the body and make sure everything's comfortable and relaxed.

5:52Take a few natural, deep breaths.

5:59Release any emotions or feelings you brought with you to this practice.

6:16Let God handle what you cannot.

6:30Relax the body a little more with each out-breath.

6:42Simply let go, and rest in the presence of God.

6:58Feel the space around the body.

7:10Appreciate the sounds in the room.

7:24Just listening and experiencing the feeling of breathing.

7:40If you notice any resistance in the body, come back to the breath and allow that tension to release.

8:03You are safe.

8:18Take this verse with you: love never gives up on people.

8:26It never stops trusting, never loses hope, and never quits.

8:46Gently bring your awareness back to the feeling of the body.

8:52Notice the weight of the body on the chair.

8:56And when you feel ready, allow your eyes to open and take a nice deep breath.

9:06Notice how your breath changes the way you feel.

9:11I hope you feel a little more in touch with God.

9:17We'll see you again next time, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
