0:00Keeping your focus on what you don't have, rather than what you do have, will always leave you wanting more.

0:11It's a recipe for unhappiness.

0:16If you can learn to orient your thoughts around your blessings, you will find peace in your life.

0:30Okay, let's get started by allowing the body to relax.

0:38And when you're ready, let your eyes close like the sun sets.

0:49Take a moment to consider this verse: "We can't round up enough containers to hold everything God generously pours into our lives." Again: "We can't round up enough containers to

1:16hold everything God generously pours into our lives." When it feels natural, begin to consciously relax the body.

1:45Release the tension in your hands.

1:55Let the shoulders relax and fall away from the ears.

2:07Allow the neck to relax and let go.

2:21Take a big, deep breath in.

2:28Release your stress.

2:32Let go of your frustrations.

2:42If your mind is full of thoughts, it's okay.

2:55When it feels natural, just come back to the feeling of the breath.

3:08We aren't holding on to the thoughts.

3:12We're just noticing them, and letting them go.

3:27Bring your awareness to the way your body feels.

3:36Notice how your breath relaxes the body.

3:46Allow that natural rhythm of your breath to calm your body.

3:55Not trying to change anything, just accepting the body the way it is.

4:13Allow yourself to relax in the loving presence of God.

4:38Now bring your attention to the position of the body.

4:46Make sure you can breathe in an open and natural way.

5:08Allow the chest to open and take a few nice, deep breaths.

5:23Let the breath fill the body up with life.

5:39With each breath, you're bringing your awareness into this moment.

5:59Relax and allow God to speak to you in the way that He wants.

6:20Let your thoughts go, and allow your awareness to rest in this moment.

6:36If your thoughts wander off, that's okay.

6:42It's natural for the thoughts to drift.

6:54As best you can, leave those thoughts right where they are, and come back to that feeling of your body.

7:14Our feelings and emotions can distract us from the natural calm of God's love.

7:26There isn't anything to discover.

7:31It's always been there.

7:41This is a safe place.

7:44God loves you.

8:02Take this verse with you: We can't round up enough containers to hold everything God generously pours into our lives.

8:27Softly begin to bring your awareness back to the body, back to that feeling of weight in the body.

8:38And when you're ready, slowly open your eyes and take a big deep breath in.

8:47Take a moment to check in, and notice how you feel.

8:53I hope you feel a little more present.

8:57We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.

9:02Take care.
