0:00Living in the present moment allows you to live in the truth.

0:07Memories will change as your feelings change, but true beauty and unconditional love are truths that are only accessible in the here and now.

0:23Let's go ahead and get started by gently bringing your attention to the breath.

0:32Notice the rise and the fall of the chest.

0:40And when you're ready, let your eyes close like the sun sets.

0:52Take a moment to consider this verse: There are three things that remain: faith, hope, and love.

1:08And the greatest of these is love.

1:19And again, there are three things that remain: faith, hope, and love.

1:31And the greatest of these is love.

1:50Bring your attention to the feeling of the breath.

1:59Let it settle into a natural rhythm, effortless and easy.

2:17Notice how good it feels just to breathe.

2:34With each inhale, let your body fill up with new life.

2:44With each exhale, release and let your body relax.

3:02Feel your feet on the floor and the weight of your body in the chair.

3:19Now, gently bring your attention to your emotions.

3:30Just noticing the feelings that you brought with you today.

3:44Not engaging with the emotions, just noticing them as an observer.

4:01Remember that you can leave those feelings right where they are.

4:13Just allow those thoughts to bubble up and out.

4:29Remember, today is a new day with new opportunities.

4:38God is working in your life.

4:55With a gradual ease, take a nice big breath.

5:07Be intentional with the breath.

5:16Big, deep inhales and nice, long exhales.

5:35With each breath, allow the muscles to soften and let go.

5:59Feel that sense of gravity and weight in the body.

6:08You're just uncovering the natural calm that's always accessible through God.

6:27Now, with ease, bring your awareness to the sounds in the room.

6:45Just listening to the sounds with an easy curiosity.

6:54Not placing judgment on the sounds.

6:59Just noticing the sounds and accepting them as part of this practice.

7:18If the thoughts take you away, it's okay.

7:23When you notice the thoughts, gently bring your awareness back to the sounds.

7:41Just noticing and listening.

7:58Now, for a moment or two, let your awareness go where it wants to go.

8:19Take this verse with you: There are three things that remain: faith, hope, and love.

8:34And the greatest of these is love.

8:52When it feels natural, bring your awareness back to the room.

9:00Just noticing the room with a gentle appreciation.

9:06And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly open.

9:13Take a moment to notice how you feel.

9:17I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:20We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.
