0:00We are made for connection.

0:04God designed the desire for connection into the fabric of our soul.

0:11While connection with others is great, remember, you are never alone.

0:19Your connection with God is a tangible thing, and it only gets stronger the more time you spend with Him.

0:28Allow yourself to rest in that knowledge as you meditate today.

0:36Let's begin by allowing the body to become heavy.

0:45And as you begin to relax, allow your eyes to close.

0:55Now take a moment to consider this verse, "For the Lord your God is living among you." And again, "For the Lord your God is living among you." Bring your

1:36attention to any emotions you're carrying with you.

1:49Not engaging with your feelings, just noticing them.

2:04Almost like you're observing your emotions, and then letting them go.

2:16Just like loosening your grip, you're letting go of those feelings.

2:34Let God handle whatever is out of your control.

2:48This is a place of acceptance and safety.

2:56You can always find rest in God.

3:07Now, begin to notice how your body feels.

3:17When it feels comfortable, begin to consciously relax the body.

3:31Scanning down from your head to your toes, release any areas of tension in the body.

3:51Surrender all of your stress and all of your responsibilities, and just let your mind rest.

4:16You are safe.

4:19God is looking out for you.

4:39Now, gently bring your awareness to the breath.

4:47Allow your breath to deepen and fill the lungs.

5:05Big, deep breath in, and then taking twice as long on the exhale.

5:25Let the inhale come easily and effortlessly, and then exhale, controlling the breath.

5:47Allow yourself to be here in this moment.

5:56This is all that matters right now.

6:04Whatever you need to let go of, let it go.

6:12Release it to God.

6:23Today is a new day, with new opportunities.

6:37Allow your breath to renew your spirit and connect you to your creator, who loves you.

6:55Deep breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

7:13Remember, this is a place of love.

7:20Let this practice be whatever you need it to be.

7:25God's calming presence is always accessible to you.

7:45Let your awareness rest in the loving presence of God.

8:05Take this verse with you: "For the Lord your God is living among you." When it feels easy, bring your attention back to the feeling of the breath.

8:39Take a few more deep breaths and slowly allow your eyes to open.

8:48Notice how the breath changes the way you feel.

8:53I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

8:57We'll see you again tomorrow.

9:00Take care of yourself.
