0:00As a culture, we have become so desensitized to the beauty that's around us.

0:08We forget, God made the world we live in and He found it beautiful.

0:17As you go about your day, take a moment to appreciate the beautiful world you live in.

0:28Let's begin by noticing the weight of the body.

0:36Allowing the body to relax into the chair.

0:45And as the body begins to relax, allow your eyes to close.

0:55Take a moment to consider this verse.

1:02"God saw all that He had made, and it was very good." And again," God saw all that He had made, and it was very good." Now, gently bring your

1:41awareness to the breath.

1:46Allow your breath to deepen and fill the lungs.

1:56Big, deep breath in, and then taking twice as long on the exhale.

2:10Let the inhale come easily and effortlessly.

2:19And then exhale, controlling the breath.

2:28Allow yourself to be here in this moment.

2:37This is all that matters right now.

2:45Whenever you need to let go of, let it go.

2:53Release it to God.

3:04Today is a new day, with new opportunities.

3:17Allow your breath to renew your spirit and connect you to your Creator, who loves you.

3:36Deep breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

3:52Remember, this is a place of love.

3:59Let this practice be whatever you need it to be.

4:04God's calming presence is always accessible to you.

4:17Let your awareness rest in the loving presence of God.

4:41With a gentle curiosity, begin to notice the breath.

4:59Make the breath deep, and full of life.

5:05Allow that fresh air to fill up the lungs, and then relax the body as you exhale.

5:34Let your body become heavy as your mind continues to relax.

5:43You are exactly where you need to be.

6:04And now, come to the heartbeat.

6:10Maybe even listen for its rhythm.

6:26Just relaxing and releasing.

6:40If the thoughts take you away, that's okay.

6:47When it's easy, bring your awareness back to the heartbeat.

7:07Just listen to your heartbeat and the gentle sound of your breath.

7:26Let your breath act as an anchor to this moment and this practice.

7:45With each breath, allow yourself to rest further into the calm of God's love.

8:08Take this verse with you, "God saw all that He had made, and it was very good." When it feels natural, bring your awareness back to the room.

8:41Just noticing the room with a gentle appreciation.

8:47And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly open.

8:54Take a moment to notice how you feel.

8:58I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:01We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.
