0:00We spend so much of our time looking outside of ourselves for meaning in our life.

0:08Maybe we look to our job or our status, maybe what our friends or family think about us.

0:16But true meaning will never be found looking outward; you must look inward.

0:25Begin to see yourself as God sees you, and know that you are loved.

0:34When you feel ready, go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:50And when you're ready, let your eyes slowly close.

0:59Take a moment to consider this verse: "When I awaken in the morning, you are still thinking of me." And again, "When I awaken in the morning, you are still

1:24thinking of me." Bring your attention to any emotions you're carrying with you.

1:55Not engaging with your feelings, just noticing them.

2:10Almost like you're observing your emotions, and then letting them go.

2:22Just like loosening your grip, you're letting go of those feelings.

2:41Let God handle whatever is out of your control.

2:54This is a place of acceptance and safety.

3:02You can always find rest in God.

3:13Now, begin to notice how your body feels.

3:24When it feels comfortable, begin to consciously relax the body.

3:37Scanning down from your head to your toes, release any areas of tension in the body.

3:57Surrender all of your stress, and all of your responsibilities, and just let your mind rest.

4:22You are safe.

4:25God is looking out for you.

4:42Now, bring your attention to your breath.

4:51Just a soft, easy awareness.

5:03Notice what it feels like as air passes in through the nose, and then back out through the mouth.

5:24Let the breath bring life to your body.

5:41Begin to listen to the sound of your breath.

5:52Listening to the inhale and the exhale.

6:10On the next exhale, allow the breath to relax and become natural.

6:39Allow your breath to bring renewal to your body.

6:50You're making space to notice God's presence in your life.

7:06When it feels comfortable, bring your attention to the heartbeat.

7:21Allow that rhythm and stillness to enter every part of your body.

7:45Feel the presence of God in this space.

7:53Let go of control, and rest into the arms of God.

8:11Take this verse with you, "When I awaken in the morning, you are still thinking of me." Softly begin to bring your awareness back to the body, back to that

8:44feeling of weight in the body.

8:47And when you're ready, slowly open your eyes and take a big, deep breath in.

8:56Take a moment to check in and notice how you feel.

9:02I hope you feel a little more present.

9:07We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.

9:12Take care.
