0:00When left to our own devices, our minds will always desire more.

0:07More things, more money, more respect.

0:13There's nothing wrong with this; it's human nature.

0:18But more is a standard that has no end.

0:23Gratitude can change our definition of what is enough.

0:29Rest into God's love, and your heart will know that it has enough.

0:38Let's start by taking a few nice, deep breaths.

0:48As your breath begins to relax your body, allow your eyes to close, like the sun sets.

1:01Now take a moment to consider this verse: Don't worry about anything.

1:11Instead, pray about everything.

1:15Tell God what you need, and thank him for all He has done.

1:27And again, don't worry about anything.

1:32Instead, pray about everything.

1:36Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done.

1:56With a gentle ease, let's go ahead and take a nice, deep breath.

2:08Notice how good it feels just to breathe.

2:20Allow your inhales to fill the body up, and then totally relax the body on the exhale.

2:42Notice how your breath changes the way your body feels.

2:52And on your next inhale, begin to count the breath.

3:00One on the inhale and two on the exhale.

3:08Three on the next inhale and four on the next exhale, counting up to 10, and then starting over again.

3:36If you lose track of the breath, it's okay.

3:41Just start over again, counting from one.

4:02There is nowhere to go, nowhere to be.

4:09We are just here, counting the breath.

4:23On the next exhale, allow the breath to relax and become natural.

4:39And now, for a moment or two, let your mind relax.

4:59When it feels natural, let's take a nice, big breath.

5:15With each breath, allow the body to become softer and more relaxed, almost like a wave of relaxation washing over the body.

5:50The breath fills up the body, and then it gives way to that natural relaxation that's right under the surface.

6:14Now, let's turn our awareness to how the body feels.

6:28Just examining the body with an easy curiosity.

6:39Allow your shoulders to relax and fall away from the ears.

6:50Relax your arms and allow your hands to open and let go.

7:03Allow your temples and face to relax.

7:15Let the throat and the neck soften.

7:24Allow your breath to deepen as your awareness rests deeper.

7:34Just relaxing and releasing.

7:47You are here and everything is okay.

7:53God is with you.

8:04And now, for a moment or two, let go of any focus and allow yourself to simply be.

8:26Take this verse with you: Don't worry about anything.

8:33Instead, pray about everything.

8:37Tell God what you need and thank him for all he has done.

8:57Allow your awareness to slowly come back to your body, and when it feels natural, begin to open your eyes.

9:12Sit back in your chair.

9:15Maybe you want to stretch a little bit.

9:18Do whatever feels good.

9:21Take a moment to notice how you feel.

9:26I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:30We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.
