0:00When you love someone, it's easy to overlook their faults.

0:06Your love for them looks past their less-than-desirable traits.

0:12Now imagine if you took this mindset and applied it to everyone you see.

0:20The truth is, this won't be possible all of the time, but maybe it is possible just a little more than it is now.

0:31Seeing other people from this perspective wouldn't just be good for the world, it would be good for you.

0:40Seeing others through the eyes of love will change your life and theirs.

0:49Okay.

0:50Let's go ahead and get started by getting comfortable in your chair.

0:59And when you're ready, take a few nice deep breaths and allow your eyes to slowly close.

1:15As your body begins to settle, take a moment to consider this verse: Love always looks for the best.

1:35Again, love always looks for the best.

1:56Bring your attention to any emotions you're carrying with you.

2:09Not engaging with your feelings, just noticing them.

2:24Almost like you're observing your emotions, and then letting them go.

2:36Just like loosening your grip, you're letting go of those feelings.

2:55Let God handle whatever is out of your control.

3:08This is a place of acceptance and safety.

3:16You can always find rest in God.

3:27Now, begin to notice how your body feels.

3:38When it feels comfortable, begin to consciously relax the body.

3:51Scanning down from your head to your toes, release any areas of tension in the body.

4:11Surrender all of your stress and all of your responsibilities, and just let your mind rest.

4:36You are safe.

4:39God is looking out for you.

4:58Now, gently bring your awareness to the breath.

5:06Allow your breath to deepen and fill the lungs.

5:20Big, deep breath in, and then taking twice as long on the exhale.

5:40Let the inhale come easily and effortlessly, and then exhale, controlling the breath.

6:08Allow yourself to be here in this moment.

6:19This is all that matters, right now.

6:27Whatever you need to let go of, let it go.

6:35Release it to God.

6:49Today is a new day, with new opportunities.

6:58Allow your breath to renew your spirit and connect you to your creator, who loves you.

7:16Deep breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

7:36Remember, this is a place of love.

7:42Let this practice be whatever you need it to be.

7:48God's calming presence is always accessible to you.

8:06Let your awareness rest in the loving presence of God.

8:25Take this verse with you, "Love always looks for the best." Gently bring your awareness back to the body.

8:52And when you feel ready, slowly open your eyes and take a nice deep breath.

9:02Sit back and relax for a moment.

9:06How do you feel?

9:10I hope you feel a little better.

9:13We'll see you next time, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
