0:00To live in the present moment is to live without judgment.

0:06Living without judgment means acknowledging that we don't always know what's best.

0:12It requires trust in God and His plan for your life.

0:18Things may not have gone as you expected, and that's okay, because God's looking out for you.

0:28Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:40And when you feel ready, let your eyes slowly close.

0:51Now take a moment to consider this verse, "You, Lord God, are my mighty rock and my fortress.

1:03Lead me and guide me." And again, "You, Lord God, are my mighty rock and my fortress.

1:22Lead me and guide me." Now bring your attention to the way the breath feels, and take a few deep breaths.

1:58Gently expand the chest on the inhale, and then let the body soften on the exhale.

2:18With each breath, there's new life entering the body.

2:34As you breathe, begin to soften the body, starting at the top of the head.

2:49Allow the shoulders to fall away from the ears.

3:00Feel gravity push the body down into the chair.

3:12Now gently bring your awareness to the space around the body.

3:27Feel the air on the skin.

3:35Notice the temperature of the air.

3:49And now, gently move your awareness to the heartbeat.

4:04Allow the rhythm of the heartbeat to relax the body.

4:16Let your awareness rest deeper in the presence of God.

4:26Simply let go.

4:39Bring your attention to any tightness in the body, just noticing how the body feels.

5:08Start by relaxing the hands, letting go of any tension in the hands.

5:28Allow the arms to totally relax, letting go at the elbows and the wrists.

5:48Let the shoulders fall away from the ears.

6:01Let the legs become heavy.

6:13Allow the muscles to completely let go.

6:27Let your body totally relax and release.

6:44And now, if it feels comfortable, take a big deep breath, letting the air fill up the body.

7:08Feel the chest rise on the inhale and fall on the exhale.

7:28Notice how the breath changes the way the body feels.

7:44And now, for a moment or two, let go of any focus, and just allow yourself to be.

8:09Take this verse with you.

8:13"You, Lord God, are my mighty rock and my fortress.

8:20Lead me and guide me." Softly begin to bring your awareness back to the body, back to that feeling of weight in the body.

8:49And when you're ready, slowly open your eyes and take a big deep breath in.

8:58Take a moment to check in and notice how you feel.

9:04I hope you feel a little more present.

9:08We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.

9:13Take care.
