0:00Every morning when you wake up, you get to define "success" for yourself.

0:07The world often defines success as money or status, but true success is so much more.

0:17Success can be a great relationship, or being a loving parent, or even showing up for a friend in need, or maybe just getting out of bed.

0:33Success is something that changes through the seasons of your life.

0:38As you go about your day, try letting go of what you think success should be, and embrace what success is for you in your life.

0:53Remember, God loves you just as you are.

0:59Okay.

1:01Let's begin by consciously relaxing the body.

1:08And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

1:18As your body begins to settle, take a moment to consider this verse: The Lord created you.

1:36And again, the Lord created you.

1:58Bring your attention to the feeling of the breath.

2:07Let it settle into a natural rhythm, effortless and easy.

2:25Notice how good it feels just to breathe.

2:42With each inhale, let your body fill up with new life.

2:52With each exhale, release and let your body relax.

3:10Feel your feet on the floor and the weight of your body in the chair.

3:27Now, gently bring your attention to your emotions.

3:38Just noticing the feelings that you brought with you today.

3:52Not engaging with the emotions, just noticing them as an observer.

4:09Remember that you can leave those feelings right where they are.

4:21Just allow those thoughts to bubble up and out.

4:37Remember, today is a new day with new opportunities.

4:46God is working in your life.

5:01With an easy awareness, bring your attention to the space in the room.

5:20Just noticing the space with an easy curiosity.

5:32Notice your place in the room.

5:49Feel the air on your skin.

6:02Listen to the sounds in the room.

6:08Maybe it's quiet in the room.

6:11Maybe it's not.

6:14Both are okay.

6:24You're just listening and welcoming the sounds as part of the exercise, not wishing to change the sounds, just accepting the sounds as they are.

7:06When it feels natural, slowly bring your awareness to the breath.

7:23Allow your breath to be a reminder to stay in this present moment.

7:40If your mind begins to wander, you can always come back to the feeling of the breath.

8:02Relax and let your body honor the natural calm that only comes from the presence of a loving God.

8:27Take this verse with you, "The Lord created you." Allow your awareness to slowly come back to your body, and when it feels natural, begin to open your eyes.

9:04Sit back in your chair.

9:07Maybe you want to stretch a little bit.

9:10Do whatever feels good.

9:13Take a moment to notice how you feel.

9:18I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:22We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.
