0:00The most important time is the present.

0:04The present moment contains the eternal.

0:09All love, all future possibilities, all relationships are happening right now.

0:18Rest with the possibilities that this moment brings.

0:24Allow today's meditation to anchor you to this present moment.

0:32Okay.

0:33Let's go ahead and get started by getting comfortable in your chair.

0:40And when you're ready, take a few nice, deep breaths and allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:56Now, take a moment to consider this verse: "Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them." And

1:21again, "Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them." Now, gently bring your awareness to the breath.

1:58Allow your breath to deepen and fill the lungs.

2:08Big, deep breath in, and then taking twice as long on the exhale.

2:22Let the inhale come easily and effortlessly, and then exhale, controlling the breath.

2:40Allow yourself to be here in this moment.

2:49This is all that matters right now.

2:57Whatever you need to let go of, let it go.

3:05Release it to God.

3:16Today is a new day, with new opportunities.

3:30Allow your breath to renew your spirit and connect you to your creator, who loves you.

3:48Deep breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

4:04Remember, this is a place of love.

4:11Let this practice be whatever you need it to be.

4:16God's calming presence is always accessible to you.

4:29Let your awareness rest in the loving presence of God.

4:51With a gentle curiosity, begin to notice the breath.

5:08Make the breath deep and full of life.

5:15Allow that fresh air to fill up the lungs, and then relax the body as you exhale.

5:39Let your body become heavy as your mind continues to relax.

5:48You are exactly where you need to be.

6:06And now, come to the heartbeat.

6:12Maybe even listen for its rhythm.

6:28Just relaxing and releasing.

6:47If the thoughts take you away, that's okay.

6:54When it's easy, bring your awareness back to the heartbeat.

7:12Just listen to your heartbeat and the gentle sound of your breath.

7:35Let your breath act as an anchor to this moment and this practice.

7:56With each breath, allow yourself to rest further into the calm of God's love.

8:20Take this verse with you, "Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them." Gently bring your awareness

8:53back to the body.

8:56And when you feel ready, slowly open your eyes and take a nice deep breath.

9:06Sit back and relax for a moment.

9:10How do you feel?

9:14I hope you feel a little better.

9:17We'll see you next time, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
