0:00It's important to remember that life is full of ups and downs, like waves in an ocean.
0:09Sometimes we make mistakes, and sometimes things go according to plan.
0:14Things rarely stay the same.
0:17In fact, they're always changing.
0:21Remember, the morning always comes after the night.
0:26If you're in a dark season, the morning is coming.
0:33As you go about your day, remember that things change.
0:38Follow the light of God's love.
0:43Okay.
0:45Let's begin by getting comfortable and taking a few nice, deep breaths.
0:55As you begin to feel your body releasing, allow your eyes to slowly close.
1:08Take a moment to consider this verse: "No one has ever seen, no one has ever heard, no one has ever imagined what God has prepared for those who love
1:27Him." Again, "No one has ever seen, no one has ever heard, no one has ever imagined what God has prepared for those who love Him." Now, bring your awareness
2:09to the feelings you brought with you today.
2:22Just taking note of your emotions and accepting them as they are.
2:40Begin to take a few nice, big breaths.
2:54With each exhale, you're relaxing and letting those feelings go.
3:10Stressful situations are a part of life, but you are stronger than those feelings.
3:36Just relaxing and appreciating the breath.
3:48On your next inhale, begin to count the breath.
3:54One on the inhale, and two on the exhale.
4:01Three on the next inhale, and four on the exhale, counting up to ten and then starting over again.
4:36Allow your breath to bring life into your body.
4:49Let your breath remind you of God's calming presence in your life.
5:10Now, slowly begin to take some deep breaths, allowing the body to open.
5:28Let the breath relax any areas of tightness in the body.
5:44Consciously start to turn the muscles off.
5:53Start with the muscles in the feet and the legs.
6:00Allow the feet to be heavy on the floor.
6:08Allow the chest and the back to open so the breathing can become deep and natural.
6:29Soften the shoulders.
6:33Allow them to fall away from the ears.
6:47Let the head fall and become heavy at the neck.
6:59Feel the weight of the body and how it pushes you down into the chair.
7:17When it feels comfortable, bring your awareness to the sound of your breath.
7:27Not changing anything about the breath, just noticing it.
7:45Listening to the gentle rhythm of the inhales and exhales.
8:03Filling the body up with fresh air, and then slowly exhaling and letting go.
8:20Let your mind be still.
8:36Take this verse with you: "No one has ever seen, no one has ever heard, no one has ever imagined what God has prepared for those who love him." Gently
9:11bring your awareness back to the feeling of your breath.
9:17Listen to the sound of your breathing.
9:22And when you're ready, slowly open your eyes and take another deep breath in.
9:32Give yourself a stretch and sit back and relax.
9:37Remember to take a moment to check in and notice how you feel.
9:44I hope you feel better.
9:47Take care, and we'll see you again tomorrow, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
