0:00The concept of letting go is easier said than done.

0:06By coming to God with open hands, you're letting God's hand work in your life.

0:14You'll never understand the story of your life like God does, but that's okay because He loves you more than anyone else ever will.

0:25There's an eternal purpose for your life.

0:29When you trust in His plan, you can truly let go.

0:37Okay, let's go ahead and get started by taking a moment to notice your breath.

0:48Just the rise and the fall of the chest.

0:57And when you're ready, let your eyes close like the sun sets.

1:08Now take a moment to consider this verse: Even as you grow old and your hair turns gray, I'll keep carrying you.

1:30And again: Even as you grow old and your hair turns gray, I'll keep carrying you.

1:54Bring your attention to the feeling of the breath.

2:04Let it settle into a natural rhythm, effortless and easy.

2:22Notice how good it feels just to breathe.

2:39With each inhale, let your body fill up with new life.

2:49With each exhale, release and let your body relax.

3:07Feel your feet on the floor and the weight of your body in the chair.

3:24Now, gently bring your attention to your emotions.

3:35Just noticing the feelings that you brought with you today.

3:49Not engaging with the emotions, just noticing them as an observer.

4:06Remember that you can leave those feelings right where they are.

4:18Just allow those thoughts to bubble up and out.

4:34Remember, today is a new day with new opportunities.

4:43God is working in your life.

5:00With a gradual ease, take a nice big breath.

5:12Be intentional with the breath.

5:21Big, deep inhales and nice, long exhales.

5:40With each breath, allow the muscles to soften and let go.

6:04Feel that sense of gravity and weight in the body.

6:13You're just uncovering the natural calm that's always accessible through God.

6:32Now, with ease, bring your awareness to the sounds in the room.

6:50Just listening to the sounds with an easy curiosity.

6:59Not placing judgment on the sounds, just noticing the sounds, and accepting them as part of this practice.

7:23If the thoughts take you away, it's okay.

7:28When you notice the thoughts, gently bring your awareness back to the sounds.

7:46Just noticing and listening.

8:03Now, for a moment or two, let your awareness go where it wants to go.

8:24Take this verse with you, "Even as you grow old and your hair turns gray, I'll keep carrying you." When it feels natural, bring your awareness back to the room.

8:59Just noticing the room with a gentle appreciation.

9:05And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly open.

9:12Take a moment to notice how you feel.

9:16I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:19We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.
