0:01To find peace in the world, you must first find peace in yourself.

0:07Learning to love yourself starts by accepting that you're loved by God.

0:13Not if you lost a little weight, or were a little smarter, but just as you are, right now, in this very moment.

0:23When you can keep God's perspective in mind, it becomes easier to see God in others and to find peace in the world exactly as it is.

0:38Let's begin by allowing the body to become heavy.

0:47And as you begin to relax, allow your eyes to close.

0:58Now, take a moment to consider this verse: Don't be afraid.

1:06I saved you.

1:09I named you.

1:11You are mine.

1:20And again, don't be afraid.

1:25I saved you.

1:28I named you.

1:31You are mine.

1:47Now, gently bring your awareness to the breath.

1:55Allow your breath to deepen and fill the lungs.

2:05Big, deep breath in, and then taking twice as long on the exhale.

2:19Let the inhale come easily and effortlessly.

2:28And then exhale, controlling the breath.

2:37Allow yourself to be here in this moment.

2:46This is all that matters right now.

2:54Whatever you need to let go of, let it go.

3:02Release it to God.

3:13Today is a new day, with new opportunities.

3:27Allow your breath to renew your spirit and connect you to your creator, who loves you.

3:45Deep breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

4:01Remember, this is a place of love.

4:08Let this practice be whatever you need it to be.

4:13God's calming presence is always accessible to you.

4:26Let your awareness rest in the loving presence of God.

4:50With a gentle curiosity, begin to notice the breath.

5:08Make the breath deep and full of life.

5:14Allow that fresh air to fill up the lungs, and then relax the body as you exhale.

5:43Let your body become heavy as your mind continues to relax.

5:52You are exactly where you need to be.

6:13And now, come to the heartbeat.

6:19Maybe even listen for its rhythm.

6:35Just relaxing and releasing.

6:49If the thoughts take you away, that's okay.

6:56When it's easy, bring your awareness back to the heartbeat.

7:16Just listen to your heartbeat and the gentle sound of your breath.

7:35Let your breath act as an anchor to this moment and this practice.

7:54With each breath, allow yourself to rest further into the calm of God's love.

8:17Take this verse with you, "Don't be afraid.

8:24I saved you.

8:27I named you.

8:30You are mine." When it feels natural, bring your awareness back to the room.

8:51Just noticing the room with a gentle appreciation.

8:58And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly open.

9:04Take a moment to notice how you feel.

9:08I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:11We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.
