0:00As you begin today's meditation, take note of the blessings in your life.

0:07They don't have to be big things.

0:10It could be something as simple as the weather.

0:14Making time to remember your blessings reminds you just how blessed you really are.

0:24Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:36And when you feel ready, let your eyes slowly close.

0:47Now take a moment to consider this verse: I will sing out in thanks to the Lord.

0:56Praise Him, for He has delivered me.

1:08And again, I will sing out in thanks to the Lord.

1:14Praise Him, for He has delivered me.

1:32Bring your attention to any emotions you're carrying with you.

1:46Not engaging with your feelings, just noticing them.

2:00Almost like you're observing your emotions and then letting them go.

2:12Just like loosening your grip, you're letting go of those feelings.

2:31Let God handle whatever is out of your control.

2:44This is a place of acceptance and safety.

2:52You can always find rest in God.

3:04Now, begin to notice how your body feels.

3:13When it feels comfortable, begin to consciously relax the body.

3:28Scanning down from your head to your toes, release any areas of tension in the body.

3:48Surrender all of your stress and all of your responsibilities, and just let your mind rest.

4:12You are safe.

4:15God is looking out for you.

4:32Now, bring your attention to your breath.

4:42Just a soft, easy awareness.

4:53Notice what it feels like as air passes in through the nose and then back out through the mouth.

5:15Let the breath bring life to your body.

5:32Begin to listen to the sound of your breath.

5:43Listening to the inhale and the exhale.

6:01On the next exhale, allow the breath to relax and become natural.

6:30Allow your breath to bring renewal to your body.

6:40You're making space to notice God's presence in your life.

6:56When it feels comfortable, bring your attention to the heartbeat.

7:12Allow that rhythm and stillness to enter every part of your body.

7:35Feel the presence of God in this space.

7:44Let go of control, and rest into the arms of God.

8:02Take this verse with you, "I will sing out in thanks to the Lord, praise him, for he has delivered me." Softly begin to bring your awareness back to the

8:30body, back to that feeling of weight in the body.

8:36And when you're ready, slowly open your eyes and take a big, deep breath in.

8:45Take a moment to check in and notice how you feel.

8:51I hope you feel a little more present.

8:56We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.

9:01Take care.
