0:01By keeping your focus on God's love for you, you're reminded that your life matters.

0:08Whether you're washing dishes, running a company, or just packing lunch for your kids, you matter to God.

0:17By keeping God close, your actions become aligned with purpose and love.

0:26Go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:38And when you feel ready, let your eyes slowly close.

0:49Now, take a moment to consider this verse: If you look to Him for help, He will put a smile on your face.

1:09Again, if you look to Him for help, He will put a smile on your face.

1:33With a gradual ease, take a nice big breath.

1:43Be intentional with the breath.

1:50Big, deep inhales, and nice, long exhales.

2:01Relax, and settle into your body.

2:09With each breath, allow the muscles to soften and let go.

2:25Feel that sense of gravity and weight in the body.

2:34You're just uncovering the natural calm that's always accessible through God.

2:52Now, with ease, bring your awareness to the sounds in the room.

3:05Just listening to the sounds with easy curiosity.

3:14Not placing judgment on the sounds.

3:19Just noticing the sounds, and accepting them as part of this practice.

3:38If the thoughts take you away, it's okay.

3:43When you notice the thoughts, gently bring your awareness back to the sounds.

4:01Just noticing and listening.

4:18Now, for a moment or two, let your awareness go where it wants to go.

4:37When you feel comfortable, bring your attention to the feeling of the body.

4:50Make sure you aren't holding any stress or anxiety in the body.

5:08Consciously, begin to scan the body and make sure everything's comfortable and relaxed.

5:37Take a few natural, deep breaths.

5:44Release any emotions or feelings you brought with you to this practice.

6:01Let God handle what you cannot.

6:15Relax the body a little more with each out breath.

6:27Simply let go, and rest in the presence of God.

6:43Feel the space around the body.

6:55Appreciate the sounds in the room.

7:09Just listening and experiencing the feeling of breathing.

7:25If you notice any resistance in the body, come back to the breath and allow that tension to release.

7:48You are safe.

8:03Take this verse with you.

8:06"If you look to him for help, he will put a smile on your face." Gently bring your awareness back to the feeling of the body.

8:33Notice the weight of the body on the chair, and when you feel ready, allow your eyes to open and take a nice deep breath.

8:47Notice how your breath changes the way you feel.

8:52I hope you feel a little more in touch with God.

8:58We'll see you again next time, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
