0:00Unfortunately, storms are just a part of life.

0:06When you're in a storm, remember to trust in God's promises.

0:11Trust that you are loved and know that He is there with you.

0:18By focusing on God's love, you can find peace in the storm.

0:26Okay.

0:27Let's get started by allowing the body to relax.

0:34And when you're ready, let your eyes close like the sun sets.

0:45Take a moment to consider this verse: You are precious to me.

1:01And again, you are precious to me.

1:22When it feels natural, begin to consciously relax the body.

1:34Release the tension in your hands.

1:45Let the shoulders relax and fall away from the ears.

1:57Allow the neck to relax and let go.

2:11Take a big, deep breath in.

2:18Release your stress.

2:22Let go of your frustrations.

2:32If your mind is full of thoughts, it's okay.

2:44When it feels natural, just come back to the feeling of the breath.

2:56We aren't holding onto the thoughts, we're just noticing them and letting them go.

3:16Bring your awareness to the way your body feels.

3:26Notice how your breath relaxes the body.

3:36Allow that natural rhythm of your breath to calm your body.

3:45Not trying to change anything, just accepting the body the way it is.

4:03Allow yourself to relax in the loving presence of God.

4:28Now bring your attention to the position of the body.

4:36Make sure you can breathe in an open and natural way.

4:57Allow the chest to open and take a few nice, deep breaths.

5:13Let the breath fill the body up with life.

5:28With each breath, you're bringing your awareness into this moment.

5:48Relax and allow God to speak to you in the way that He wants.

6:10Let your thoughts go, and allow your awareness to rest in this moment.

6:26If your thoughts wander off, that's okay.

6:32It's natural for the thoughts to drift.

6:44As best you can, leave those thoughts right where they are, and come back to that feeling of your body.

7:04Our feelings and emotions can distract us from the natural calm of God's love.

7:15There isn't anything to discover.

7:21It's always been there.

7:31This is a safe place.

7:34God loves you.

7:52Take this verse with you: You are precious to me.

8:11Softly begin to bring your awareness back to the body, back to that feeling of weight in the body.

8:21And when you're ready, slowly open your eyes and take a big deep breath in.

8:30Take a moment to check in and notice how you feel.

8:36I hope you feel a little more present.

8:40We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.

8:45Take care.
