0:01When you're loved, it's so much easier to accept life as it is.

0:08God knows this.

0:10He also knows life can be hard.

0:13That's why God wants you to know and experience His love.

0:18He wants you to experience it as much and as often as you can.

0:23So today, as you meditate, feel God's love.

0:30Let's begin by allowing the body to become heavy.

0:39And as you begin to relax, allow your eyes to close.

0:50Now take a moment to consider this verse: "The Lord is my strength and my reason for singing.

1:01He saved me." And again, "The Lord is my strength and my reason for singing.

1:18He saved me." Now, let's take some nice deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

1:56Just noticing and observing the breath, watching the rise and the fall of the chest.

2:16Listen to the gentle sound of your breathing.

2:28Begin to notice any feelings you may have brought with you today.

2:42Thoughts are a natural part of meditation.

2:50Just leave those feelings right where they are, and then gently come back to the feeling of the breath.

3:10Long, deep inhale, then a slow controlled exhale.

3:26Allow the breath to calm the mind and relax the body.

3:44And now, allow your awareness to fall and move inward, finding that place where you feel loved.

4:04Feel that natural peace in God's presence.

4:16Remember, when you come near to God, He will come near to you.

4:45Notice how good it feels just to breathe.

5:01Allow your inhales to fill the body up, and then totally relax the body on the exhale.

5:31Notice how your breath changes the way your body feels.

5:49And on your next inhale, begin to count the breath.

5:57One on the inhale, and two on the exhale.

6:05Three on the next inhale, and four on the next exhale.

6:14Counting up to 10, and then starting over again.

6:39If you lose track of the breath, it's okay.

6:44Just start over again, counting from one.

7:03There is nowhere to go, nowhere to be.

7:10We are just here, counting the breath.

7:25On the next exhale, allow the breath to relax and become natural.

7:46And now, for a moment or two, let your mind relax.

8:06Take this verse with you.

8:10"The Lord is my strength and my reason for singing.

8:16He saved me." When it feels easy, bring your attention back to the feeling of the breath.

8:39Take a few more deep breaths and slowly allow your eyes to open.

8:48Notice how the breath changes the way you feel.

8:53I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

8:57We'll see you again tomorrow.

9:00Take care of yourself.
