0:01There's a message that God has for you.

0:05It's God's word, and it's written in every book in the Bible.

0:09The message is: You matter, you are loved, and you are not alone.

0:18Today as you meditate, let that message from God be written on your heart.

0:25You matter.

0:27You are loved.

0:28You are not alone.

0:34Let's begin by loosening the shoulders and the chest, and when you feel ready, just allow the eyes to slowly close.

0:53Take a moment to consider this verse: "Be sure of this: I am with you always." And again: "Be sure of this: I am with you always." As you relax,

1:37allow God's presence of peace to wash over you.

1:52Let your breath fill your body and relax your muscles.

2:08As your breath relaxes your body, bring your attention to the heartbeat.

2:27Just noticing the quiet rhythm of your heartbeat.

2:40Allow that rhythm and stillness to calm your mind, to relax your body.

3:00Let go of any feelings of stress or worry.

3:16God is taking care of you.

3:31Allow those feelings to go.

3:39You are safe here.

3:50And if thoughts take you away, that's okay.

3:56Be easy with the thoughts.

4:01Just remember, you can always come back to the breath and the heartbeat.

4:19Let yourself relax and allow God to speak to your heart.

4:41Keeping your eyes closed, bring your awareness to the space around the room.

4:58Just noticing the sounds in the room and the sensations on the body.

5:09Welcome these sensations as part of the practice.

5:33When it feels comfortable, take some nice deep breaths.

5:47Real easy, deep breaths.

6:08Now begin to slow down the inhale.

6:18Long, slow, deep inhalation, and then let the breath out, and relax.

6:35Again, take another long, slow, deep breath in, filling up the body, and then let the exhale come naturally.

6:59With each breath, let your mind relax.

7:17Allow your feelings to release and become a prayer to God.

7:36Now, for a few moments, let go of the focused attention and let your awareness rest.

7:49You are loved.

8:04Take this verse with you: Be sure of this, I am with you always.

8:27Slowly bring your awareness back to the body, and when you feel ready, allow your eyes to open.

8:40Take a moment to notice how your body feels.

8:46I hope you feel a little better.

8:50We'll see you again tomorrow, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.

8:57Remember, be easy with yourself.
