0:00Remembering is a common theme throughout the Bible.

0:05God wants us to remember, because remembering can be a good thing.

0:11It's good to remember the people who love you.

0:15It's good to remember all of your blessings.

0:19It's good to remember what's important.

0:22And it's especially good to remember that God loves you with an everlasting love.

0:31Let's begin by loosening the shoulders and the chest.

0:39And when you feel ready, just allow the eyes to slowly close.

0:50Take a moment to consider this verse: "The Lord will guide you continually.

1:00You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring." And again, "The Lord will guide you continually.

1:20You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring." Let's begin to take note of how the body is feeling.

1:52Not really thinking too much about it, just letting go of those feelings of tightness and tension.

2:11When it feels comfortable, take a few deep breaths.

2:27In through the nose and out through the mouth.

2:41Deep breath in, expanding the body and filling the chest up.

2:51And exhale, feeling the chest fall and let go.

3:06Take another big, deep breath in, and control the exhale, letting it take twice as long as the inhale.

3:23With each breath, allow the tension to melt away from the body.

3:42Now, allow your breath to take up a natural rhythm.

3:52Let the gentle sound of your breathing relax your mind.

4:09There is no way to do this wrong, just an easy, effortless awareness.

4:25Letting go.

4:44When it feels comfortable, take a few nice, deep breaths in.

5:03Really making a point to expand the body and expand the chest.

5:20Notice how the breath makes you feel.

5:38Now, let the breath begin to settle.

5:47As your breath begins to settle, allow the body to become heavy.

6:03Notice any sensations in the body.

6:09See if you're holding onto any tension.

6:17Maybe the body is tight, or maybe it's not.

6:24Either is okay.

6:35You're just scanning the body, looking for any areas of tightness, and letting them release.

6:57And if the mind drifts away in thought, slowly bring it back to the feelings in the body and the breath.

7:15Your body knows how to relax.

7:31You don't have to think about it for it to happen.

7:36You are simply uncovering the calm that was always present.

7:53Let your awareness rest in the arms of God.

8:12Take this verse with you, "The Lord will guide you continually.

8:20You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring." Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the body.

8:46Maybe even move your fingers and toes a little bit.

8:50When it feels natural, allow your eyes to slowly open.

8:57Take another big, deep breath in, and let it out with a sigh.

9:04Notice how you feel.

9:07I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:10We'll see you again tomorrow, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
