0:01Humility is one of the most beautiful virtues.

0:06It's the internal recognition that you're no better and no worse than anyone on Earth.

0:15It's knowing that we're all the same, and that we're all brothers and sisters with the same Father.

0:26Humility allows us to see that whatever we accomplish is only made possible through God's blessings.

0:36Humility is beauty to God.

0:41Today, let us pray that God keeps us humble and keeps our heart pure.

0:51Okay.

0:53Let's begin by taking a few seconds to consciously relax the body.

1:05And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

1:14Now, take a moment to consider this verse: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." And again, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

1:57Bring your attention to the feeling of the breath.

2:07Let it settle into a natural rhythm, effortless and easy.

2:25Notice how good it feels just to breathe.

2:42With each inhale, let your body fill up with new life.

2:52With each exhale, release and let your body relax.

3:10Feel your feet on the floor and the weight of your body in the chair.

3:27Now, gently bring your attention to your emotions.

3:38Just noticing the feelings that you brought with you today.

3:52Not engaging with the emotions, just noticing them as an observer.

4:09Remember that you can leave those feelings right where they are.

4:21Just allow those thoughts to bubble up and out.

4:37Remember, today is a new day with new opportunities.

4:46God is working in your life.

5:01With an easy awareness, bring your attention to the space in the room.

5:20Just noticing the space with an easy curiosity.

5:32Notice your place in the room.

5:49Feel the air on your skin.

6:02Listen to the sounds in the room.

6:08Maybe it's quiet in the room, maybe it's not.

6:14Both are okay.

6:24You're just listening, and welcoming the sounds as part of the exercise.

6:37Not wishing to change the sounds, just accepting the sounds as they are.

7:06When it feels natural, slowly bring your awareness to the breath.

7:23Allow your breath to be a reminder to stay in this present moment.

7:40If your mind begins to wander, you can always come back to the feeling of the breath.

8:02Relax, and let your body honor the natural calm that only comes from the presence of a loving God.

8:27Take this verse with you: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Allow your awareness to slowly come back to your body, and when it feels natural,

9:00begin to open your eyes.

9:04Sit back in your chair.

9:07Maybe you want to stretch a little bit.

9:10Do whatever feels good.

9:13Take a moment to notice how you feel.

9:19I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:22We'll see you again tomorrow, for another day of hope.
