0:00Nature and the universe is all part of God's plan.

0:06It's a masterpiece spanning all time and space, and at the center of this plan is you.

0:17You are what occupies God's heart.

0:21His love for you is eternal.

0:25As you meditate today, let that amazing truth fill your heart and bring your soul new life.

0:38Okay.

0:39Let's go ahead and get started by getting comfortable in your chair.

0:48And when you're ready, take a few nice deep breaths, and allow your eyes to slowly close.

1:04As your body begins to settle, take a moment to consider this verse: The heavens declare the glory of God.

1:18The skies proclaim the work of His hands.

1:29And again.

1:31The heavens declare the glory of God.

1:35The skies proclaim the work of His hands.

1:54Now, gently bring your awareness to the breath.

2:02Allow your breath to deepen and fill the lungs.

2:12Big, deep breath in, and then taking twice as long on the exhale.

2:26Let the inhale come easily and effortlessly.

2:35And then exhale, controlling the breath.

2:44Allow yourself to be here in this moment.

2:53This is all that matters right now.

3:01Whatever you need to let go of, let it go.

3:09Release it to God.

3:20Today is a new day, with new opportunities.

3:34Allow your breath to renew your spirit, and connect you to your creator, who loves you.

3:52Deep breath, in through the nose, and out through the mouth.

4:08Remember, this is a place of love.

4:15Let this practice be whatever you need it to be.

4:20God's calming presence is always accessible to you.

4:33Let your awareness rest in the loving presence of God.

4:55With a gentle curiosity, begin to notice the breath.

5:12Make the breath deep, and full of life.

5:19Allow that fresh air to fill up the lungs, and then relax the body as you exhale.

5:44Let your body become heavy as your mind continues to relax.

5:52You are exactly where you need to be.

6:10And now, come to the heartbeat.

6:16Maybe even listen for its rhythm.

6:32Just relaxing and releasing.

6:51If the thoughts take you away, that's okay.

6:58When it's easy, bring your awareness back to the heartbeat.

7:16Just listen to your heartbeat and the gentle sound of your breath.

7:39Let your breath act as an anchor to this moment and this practice.

8:00With each breath, allow yourself to rest further into the calm of God's love.

8:24Take this verse with you, "The heavens declare the glory of God.

8:33The skies proclaim the work of His hands." Gently bring your awareness back to the body, and when you feel ready, slowly open your eyes and take a nice deep

9:03breath.

9:05Sit back and relax for a moment.

9:09How do you feel?

9:13I hope you feel a little better.

9:16We'll see you next time with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
