0:01Like a fish swimming upstream, we instinctively seek life and purpose.

0:09We weren't made to simply exist and float downriver.

0:13God designed us to move forward.

0:16Our souls long for new life.

0:19We don't want to simply exist.

0:22We were made to live and to love.

0:26Let the words of God wash over your heart and mind to revive your soul.

0:33Let your life be new again, and let it set you free.

0:41Okay.

0:42Let's go ahead and get started by taking a moment to notice your breath.

0:52Just the rise and the fall of the chest.

1:01And when you're ready, let your eyes close like the sun sets.

1:12Now, take a moment to consider this verse.

1:18"Anyone who drinks the water I give will never be thirsty again.

1:25The water I give people will be like a spring flowing inside them.

1:31It will bring them eternal life." And again, "Anyone who drinks the water I give will never be thirsty again.

1:52The water I give people will be like a spring flowing inside them.

1:59It will bring them eternal life." When it feels comfortable, go ahead and take a few deep breaths in.

2:27Nice and easy.

2:35Let the breath settle and become natural, and bring your attention to the space in the room.

2:49Not thinking too hard about it, just becoming aware of your body and your surroundings.

3:07Notice the air on the skin.

3:16Feel the chair beneath you.

3:25Pay attention to the position of your body.

3:30Make sure that you're comfortable.

3:43Notice the state of your mind.

3:49Does the mind feel calm?

3:53Does it feel restless?

3:56Both are okay.

4:04Just a simple, easy noticing.

4:17Just noticing the space, almost like you're an observer.

4:32Notice the gentle sound of your breath coming in and going out.

4:45Deepening the inhales and extending the exhales, letting the body rest.

5:06Just relax.

5:23Keeping your eyes closed, bring your awareness to the space around the room.

5:43Just noticing the sounds in the room, and the sensations on the body.

5:58Welcome these sensations as part of the practice.

6:21When it feels comfortable, take some nice deep breaths.

6:37Real easy, deep breaths.

6:55Now begin to slow down the inhale.

7:04Long, slow, deep inhalation, and then let the breath out, and relax.

7:17Again, take another long, slow, deep breath in, filling up the body, and then let the exhale come naturally.

7:39With each breath, let your mind relax.

7:55Allow your feelings to release and become a prayer to God.

8:16Now, for a few moments, let go of the focused attention and let your awareness rest.

8:29You are loved.

8:45Take this verse with you, "Anyone who drinks the water I give will never be thirsty again.

8:56The water I give people will be like a spring flowing inside them.

9:03It will bring them eternal life." When it feels natural, bring your awareness back to the room, just noticing the room with a gentle appreciation, and when you're ready, allow

9:34your eyes to slowly open.

9:37Take a moment to notice how you feel.

9:41I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:44We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.
