0:01Love gives our heart assurance that everything will eventually turn out.

0:07It lets us know that regardless of the outcome, we are loved and we'll be taken care of.

0:16As you meditate, rest within and feel God's love.

0:22Feel that sense of protection and new life.

0:27Let it fill your heart with God's perfect love.

0:32Know that God is with you and that everything will be all right.

0:40When you feel ready, go ahead and get comfortable in your position, really allowing the body to relax.

0:55And when you're ready, let your eyes slowly close.

1:05Take a moment to consider this verse: "We know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God." Again, "We know that God causes

1:32everything to work together for the good of those who love God." Now bring your attention to the position of the body.

2:03Make sure you can breathe in an open and natural way.

2:17Allow the chest to open and take a few nice, deep breaths.

2:29Let the breath fill the body up with life.

2:43With each breath, you're bringing your awareness into this moment.

2:57Relax and allow God to speak to you in the way that He wants.

3:13Let your thoughts go and allow your awareness to rest in this moment.

3:33If your thoughts wander off, that's okay.

3:39It's natural for the thoughts to drift.

3:53As best you can, leave those thoughts right where they are and come back to that feeling of your body.

4:12Our feelings and emotions can distract us from the natural calm of God's love.

4:24There isn't anything to discover.

4:29It's always been there.

4:38This is a safe place.

4:42God loves you.

4:57Gradually, and with ease, bring your awareness to rest on your breath.

5:13Feel the body rise with each inhale, and then allow your awareness to rest in a little more with each exhale.

5:45Notice how with each breath, the body feels a little calmer.

6:03Begin to notice the space around the body.

6:18Feel the contact of the body on the chair and your feet on the floor.

6:34When you feel comfortable, begin to scan the entire body to build up a picture of what the body feels like.

6:49Piece by piece, release any areas of tension.

7:02Let go of your stress.

7:05Let go of your anxiety.

7:11You are exactly where you're meant to be.

7:24Allow that natural rhythm of the breath to relax you.

7:45Let your breath guide you to a place of safety in the presence of God.

8:05You are accepted here.

8:09You are loved.

8:25Take this verse with you: "We know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God." Gently bring your awareness back to the feeling

8:56of the body.

8:58Notice the weight of the body on the chair.

9:02And when you feel ready, allow your eyes to open and take a nice deep breath.

9:12Notice how your breath changes the way you feel.

9:17I hope you feel a little more in touch with God.

9:23We'll see you again next time, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
