0:00Wisdom is the ability to properly order and prioritize what's important in life.

0:07The more you become connected to God, the more you can see what really matters.

0:13You get a clearer vision of what you should hold onto and what you should let go of.

0:22Okay.

0:24Let's begin by consciously relaxing the body.

0:31And when you're ready, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:41As your body begins to settle, take a moment to consider this verse: "Turn my eyes away from worthless things.

0:54Preserve my life according to your Word." And again, "Turn my eyes away from worthless things.

1:14Preserve my life according to your Word." Now, take a moment to be grateful for this opportunity to relax.

1:47Notice how good it feels just to be here in this moment.

2:03When it feels natural, begin to deepen the breath.

2:16Let go of your worries and focus your attention on the breath.

2:30Nothing else matters right now.

2:36You are here.

2:39There's nothing to do but relax.

2:52Allow your body to honor the natural calm given by God's presence.

3:04Just listening to the breath, noticing the rise and the fall of the chest.

3:17Deep breath in, expanding the body, and then exhale, letting your awareness rest.

3:38Take another deep breath as you feel your lungs expand.

3:48And exhale, following the air back out through the mouth.

4:00The thoughts may take you away, and that's okay.

4:12With each breath, effortlessly rest into the arms of God.

4:36Now, slowly begin to take some deep breaths, allowing the body to open.

4:54Let the breath relax any areas of tightness in the body.

5:12Consciously, start to turn the muscles off.

5:20Start with the muscles in the feet and the legs.

5:28Allow the feet to be heavy on the floor.

5:36Allow the chest and the back to open so the breathing can become deep and natural.

5:56Soften the shoulders.

6:00Allow them to fall away from the ears.

6:10Let the head fall and become heavy at the neck.

6:22Feel the weight of the body and how it pushes you down into the chair.

6:40When it feels comfortable, bring your awareness to the sound of your breath, not changing anything about the breath, just noticing it.

7:06Listening to the gentle rhythm of the inhales and exhales, filling the body up with fresh air, and then slowly exhaling and letting go.

7:45Let your mind be still.

8:02Take this verse with you: Turn my eyes away from worthless things.

8:13Preserve my life according to your word.

8:28Allow your awareness to slowly come back to your body and when it feels natural, begin to open your eyes.

8:42Sit back in your chair.

8:45Maybe you wanna stretch a little bit.

8:48Do whatever feels good.

8:51Take a moment to notice how you feel.

8:57I hope you feel a little more relaxed.

9:00We'll see you again tomorrow for another day of hope.
