0:00It's hard to hear a whisper in a crowd.

0:03You have to somehow isolate yourself from the noise to be able to hear it.

0:09God speaks in whispers.

0:12If you can isolate yourself away from the distractions and the noise of life, you can hear Him.

0:19Just sit with the quiet.

0:22What He's saying is, "I knew you from the beginning and I will love you forever." Okay.

0:32Let's begin by getting comfortable and taking a few nice, deep breaths.

0:42As you begin to feel your body releasing, allow your eyes to slowly close.

0:55Take a moment to consider this verse: "I stand silently to listen for the one I love, waiting as long as it takes for the Lord to rescue me." And

1:18again, "I stand silently to listen for the one I love, waiting as long as it takes for the Lord to rescue me." With ease, bring your attention to the

1:48breath.

1:54Take a few nice, deep breaths.

2:04Make them feel easy and effortless.

2:22Feel life enter your body as you breathe in, and then release your tension as you breathe out.

2:48Inhale.

2:50Feel how the body expands.

2:55Then slowly exhale, feeling the body fall.

3:14Feel the air as it travels in through the nose, and follow the air back out through the mouth.

3:31Allow each breath to soften the chest and relax the shoulders.

3:41Begin to scan the body, from the head to the toe, relaxing the body piece by piece.

3:58There's no way to do this wrong.

4:09And now, for a few moments, allow your mind to do what it wants to do.

4:21If it wants to think, then let it think.

4:27And if it wants to rest, then let it rest.

4:46Bring your attention to any tightness in the body.

4:57Just noticing how the body feels.

5:16Start by relaxing the hands, letting go of any tension in the hands.

5:38Allow the arms to totally relax, letting go at the elbows and the wrists.

6:01Let the shoulders fall away from the ears.

6:18Let the legs become heavy.

6:29Allow the muscles to completely let go.

6:49Let your body totally relax and release.

7:06And now, if it feels comfortable, take a big, deep breath, letting the air fill up the body.

7:26Notice how the breath changes the way the body feels.

7:49And now, for a moment or two, let go of any focus, and just allow yourself to be.

8:14Take this verse with you: "I stand silently to listen for the one I love, waiting as long as it takes for the Lord to rescue me." Gently bring your

8:41awareness back to the feeling of your breath.

8:46Listen to the sound of your breathing.

8:51And when you're ready, slowly open your eyes, and take another deep breath in.

9:01Give yourself a stretch, and sit back and relax.

9:06Remember to take a moment to check in, and notice how you feel.

9:13I hope you feel better.

9:16Take care, and we'll see you again tomorrow, with hope, mindfulness, and prayer.
